These terms apply to every order from this shop, together with our shipping policy and our return and refund policy. Please read them before you order.

Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm it. That email is our acceptance, and from then there is a contract between you and Dimension Daily Ltd. We take payment when you place your order.

If we can't supply your order, for example because of an error in the price shown, we will tell you and refund you in full.

The books

Each book is printed to order by our print partner. The images on this site show the books as closely as we can; colours can look a little different on screen than in print.

The Dimension Daily Workbook and the Dimension Daily Planner are for reflection and planning, not medical, psychological or financial advice.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. Dimension Daily Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue VAT invoices. Delivery is charged as set out in our shipping policy and shown at checkout before you pay.

The Workbook and Planner bought together in one order cost £69.95 instead of £79.90, a saving of £9.95 taken off automatically in your basket. The saving can't be combined with other discounts. Our return and refund policy explains what happens to it if one book is returned.

Delivery and cancelling

We deliver as set out in our shipping policy. The books are your responsibility once they are in your hands, or those of someone you have named to receive them. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our return and refund policy.

If something is wrong

We are under a legal duty to supply books that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. If a book is damaged, faulty or misprinted, our return and refund policy sets out how we put it right. For more on your legal rights, contact Citizens Advice.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the books.

The books and the content of this site are © Dimension Daily Ltd. No part may be reproduced without our written permission, except pages copied for your own use. Dimension Daily is a trade mark of Dimension Daily Ltd.

We use your information as set out in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland, in the courts of Scotland.
