What shape is your life?

Dimension Daily is a calm way to shape your whole life: the Workbook helps you decide what matters in four dimensions, and the Planner gives each of them a place in your day.

Are You Living in Every Dimension?

Both books open with these fourteen questions, one for each sub-dimension.

Body
Is your nutrition reactive, driven by convenience instead of intention?
Does your fitness keep starting over, never quite sticking?
Does your health and recovery only get attention once your body demands it?

Spirit
Under pressure, do you drift from the character and values you mean to live by?
Does your emotional life move faster than your awareness can catch it?
Has your spiritual life gone quiet, with little stillness, reflection or peace?

Heart
Has love become logistics, connection traded for schedules?
Are you present for those you raise and guide, or just on autopilot?
Are family and friends slowly fading into occasional messages?
Has your community shrunk without you noticing?

Mind
Has learning given way to scrolling, consuming and staying busy?
Are your career and networking moving forward, or drifting without direction?
Do your finances create stress where there should be freedom?
Are your horizons always “someday”, never today?

You don’t need more motivation.
You need a clearer view of your whole life.
If any of this feels familiar, even in one dimension, you’re in the right place.

Workbook pp.9–10: My Life Review, a scale from 1 to 10 for each of the fourteen sub-dimensions, and My Life Shape, a wheel to plot the scores on.

Two pages from the Workbook

My Life Review asks where you are right now in each of the fourteen sub-dimensions, from 1 for struggling to 10 for strong. My Life Shape joins the scores into one picture: which dimension feels the strongest, and which needs the most attention. Plotted again each year, in a new colour on the same chart, it shows how your shape changes.

A daily page from the Dimension Daily Planner 2027: Friday, 1 January.

A page a day

This is a daily page from the Dimension Daily Planner: a priority and a line of gratitude for Body, Spirit, Heart and Mind, room for all fourteen sub-dimensions and a line to catch the day. On the fullest days, four minutes is enough: your Top Priorities and your Gratitude.
