About Dimension Daily

You don’t need more motivation. You need a clearer view of your whole life.
Dimension Daily is two books: the Workbook, where you decide what matters,
and the Planner, which gives every dimension a place in every day.
If anything below feels familiar, even in one dimension, you’re in the right place.

My work gets a plan. My life gets what's left.

Four dimensions hold fourteen sub-dimensions.

Body: Nutrition, Fitness, Health & Recovery.

Spirit: Character & Values, Emotional, Spiritual.

Heart: Love, Raising & Guiding, Family & Friends, Community.

Mind: Intellect, Career & Networking, Finance, Horizons.

Your work is in one of the fourteen, and all fourteen are printed on every daily page of the Planner: a gentle reminder of your whole life and a space for shaping it, not a list to complete.

Workbook pp.9–10: My Life Review, a scale from 1 to 10 for each of the fourteen sub-dimensions, and My Life Shape, a wheel to plot the scores on.

Workbook pp.9–10 · My Life Review and My Life Shape

I'm doing well in some areas, but others are falling behind.

My Life Review asks where you are right now in all fourteen, from 1 for struggling to 10 for strong, and My Life Shape joins the scores into one picture: which dimension is strongest, and which needs the most attention. Both pages come free by email, as a PDF to print.

What shape is your life?
Workbook pp.20 and 23: Fitness, with what you want, why you want it and how you will get there, and Fitness Goals & Plan, with its Priority Actions and Weekly Movement Plan.

Workbook pp.20 and 23 · Fitness: What, Why and How, then Goals & Plan

I’ve learnt a lot. I just want to take action.

In the Workbook, what you have learnt goes into the What, Why and How of the sub-dimension it belongs to, and becomes a priority and a weekly plan. The Planner then gives it a day.

Workbook pp.32–33: Character Traits to Nurture, with traits to circle in each dimension, facing its by Dimension page, a row for each of the fourteen sub-dimensions.

Workbook pp.32–33 · Character Traits to Nurture

I want to change things, but I don't know where to begin.

Where a blank page would stall you, the Workbook’s lists of traits, values and emotions give you somewhere to start. You circle freely, then narrow to the few that matter most, and the page facing each list asks where those few meet the rest of your life.

Workbook pp.34–35: Character Traits to Release, with traits to circle in each dimension, facing its by Dimension page, a row for each of the fourteen sub-dimensions.

Workbook pp.34–35 · Character Traits to Release

I keep falling back into the same patterns.

For every list of what to grow, the Workbook has one of what to release or navigate: traits, values, patterns and emotions. Awareness is the first step: the page facing each list asks where each one appears in your life, and what feeds it or what takes its place.

Workbook p.18: Nutrition by Dimension, a row for each of the fourteen sub-dimensions: a food or habit that serves it, and how you’ll build it in.

Workbook p.18 · Nutrition by Dimension

I want time for all of it, but there aren't enough hours.

One action can touch more than one sub-dimension at once: a meal out with the one you love, your children and a few friends is Nutrition, Love, Raising & Guiding and Family & Friends together. Spotting those overlaps is how a whole life fits into an ordinary day: not by finding more hours, but by noticing how much one hour can hold.

Workbook p.13: My Planner Rhythm: where, when and how long you’ll use the Planner, what it follows, and how often for each kind of page.

Workbook p.13 · My Planner Rhythm

I start every planner, but I never keep one going.

My Planner Rhythm sets when, where and how you return: a time, a place and a habit it follows. On the fullest days, four minutes is enough: one priority and one line of gratitude in each dimension. A missed day breaks nothing: this works because you return, not because you never miss.

Planner p.11: the daily page for Friday, 1 January 2027, with Top Priorities and Gratitude for each dimension and room for all fourteen sub-dimensions.

Planner p.11 · The daily page

I made the plans, I wrote the lists. Nothing stuck, because none of it had a day.

Each Weekly Plan in the Workbook gives your habits a rhythm and your goals a day.
In the Planner, every day of 2027 has its own page, and its Top Priorities are where those plans meet the day.

Planner pp.14–15: The Week in Every Dimension for Week 1, facing the daily page for Monday, 4 January.

Planner pp.14–15 · The Week in Every Dimension, facing Monday

I decided what matters. Then the week decided for me.

At the end of each week, The Week in Every Dimension sets next week's priorities, one in each dimension. It faces the Monday that follows, so each week opens on what you chose.

Planner p.458: The Shape of Your Year, every week’s Dimension Points in one chart.

Planner p.458 · The Shape of Your Year

I'm busy every week, but I can't see where it all goes.

Weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews come round on their own and show where your attention went. If you keep the optional score, The Shape of Your Year holds all fifty-three weeks on one page: a picture of your rhythm, not a score to chase.

The answers are yours

The books give no advice. Their questions and practices help you reflect and find your own answers, and your rewards are yours to choose and to claim by your own standard.

How they are made

Both books are A4. The Workbook is an undated paperback, so it begins whenever you do. The Planner is coil bound, so every page lies flat. Both are in full colour on 89 gsm white uncoated paper, set in Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans, with writing lines 7.5 mm apart. Each copy is printed when you order it.

Who makes them
