Direction and days
I decided what matters.
Then the week decided for me.
The Workbook is for the thinking. The living happens in your days, and the Planner gives each of them a page, where your bigger plans meet the day.
Workbook p.16 · Nutrition
What, Why and How
In the Workbook, each sub-dimension opens with what you want, why it matters and how you will get there. The Why is what carries you when the How gets hard.
Workbook p.19 · Nutrition Goals & Plan
Goals & Plan
Each sub-dimension closes with your How turned into Priority Actions or Practices and a Weekly Plan. This is where an intention becomes a habit with a rhythm, or a goal with a day.
Workbook pp.108–109 · My Priority Habits and Habits I’m Leaving Behind
Habits are where plans become days
My Priority Habits gathers one or two habits for each sub-dimension from its Priority Actions or Practices, each with a time, a place and a reward.
Facing it, Habits I’m Leaving Behind asks what you’ll remove or make harder, and what you’ll do instead.
Planner p.11 · Friday, 1 January 2027
The daily page
Your Weekly Plans carry into the Planner’s daily pages: each day, a priority and a line of gratitude for Body, Spirit, Heart and Mind, with all fourteen sub-dimensions in view.
Planner p.14 · Week 1, 1–3 January 2027
The Week in Every Dimension
Each weekly review looks back across all fourteen and sets next week’s four priorities, one in each dimension. What it shows can send you back to the Workbook: a sub-dimension gone quiet, an action that hasn’t found its week.
Planner p.118 · Quarter 1, January–March 2027
Quarterly Life Review
At the end of March, June and September, you can rate each sub-dimension from 1 to 10 in the Quarterly Life Review. The scores go onto the Planner’s My Life Shape in a new colour, so each quarter’s shape sits over the last. Then it asks which dimension you’ll give most attention next quarter.
Workbook pp.118–119 · The Shape of Your Life: Ten Years and At the End of It All
I know what I want this year, but I rarely plan for the long term.
In the Workbook, The Shape of Your Life (pp.116–119) asks you to picture One Year, Three Years and Ten Years.
At the End of It All looks back from the very end: what you want to have experienced, who you want to have been and how you want to be remembered.
Do I need both?

The Workbook on its own
See the WorkbookIt works with any planner or calendar you already keep, and it is undated, so it begins whenever you do. A light first pass through it is enough to start, and there is room to go deeper whenever you return.
