Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. If your books arrive separately, the 14 days run from the day the last one is delivered.

Email hello@dimensiondaily.com with your order number, call 020 3880 8199, write to us or send the cancellation form at the end of this policy. Any clear message will do, and you don't need to give a reason.

If you tell us before your order has gone to print, we cancel it and refund you in full, with nothing to send back.

Otherwise, we reply with the address to return your books to. Please post them within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, with your order number on the parcel. Return postage is yours to pay; a service with tracking is safest, and please keep your proof of postage.

We refund you within 14 days of the books reaching us, or of you sending us proof of postage if that comes first. The refund goes to the card or account you paid with, at no charge. Your bank may take a few days to show it. The standard delivery charge is refunded when you cancel the whole order, not when you return part of it. If a book has been written in, or handled more than needed to look through it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss in value.

The Workbook and Planner together

The £9.95 saving applies when both books are kept. If you return one after changing your mind, we refund what you paid for the pair (£69.95) less the full price of the book you keep: the Workbook is £29.95 and the Planner £49.95, so returning the Planner refunds £40.00 and returning the Workbook £20.00.

Damaged, faulty or misprinted

If a book arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, or isn't the book you ordered, email a photo of it to hello@dimensiondaily.com with your order number, as soon as you can. We will replace it or refund you. If we need the book back, we will say so and pay the return postage.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights. You have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described; Citizens Advice can tell you more.
