Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We can’t yet deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, British Forces (BFPO) addresses or outside the UK.
Outside Great Britain, both books are sold through the Lulu Bookstore, which prints and delivers them to most countries: the Workbook and the Planner. Lulu is the seller there, so its prices, delivery and customer care apply.
Delivery cost
Delivery is tracked and charged once per order, by the number of books in it:
- 1 or 2 books: £4.99
- 3 or 4 books: £6.99
- 5 to 8 books: £8.99
- 9 or 10 books: £10.99
For more than 10 books, such as for a team or a group, email hello@dimensiondaily.com and we will quote the delivery before you order. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Every book is printed when you order it. Please allow 7 to 10 working days from your order for printing and tracked delivery together. We send every order by tracked post and can't yet offer a faster service.
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. If you order more than one book, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Changing your address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If it needs changing, email hello@dimensiondaily.com straight away: we can change it until your order goes to print.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address given was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new copy or a refund, and agree any extra cost with you first.
If your parcel doesn't arrive
If your order hasn't arrived 12 working days after you placed it, or arrives damaged, email hello@dimensiondaily.com with your order number. We will trace it and, if it has been lost, send a new copy or refund you. If a book arrives damaged, a photograph of it and its packaging helps us put it right quickly.
